Paste a URL or upload from your computer. Use JPEG format with a white or solid background for best dark mode compatibility — transparent PNGs and WebPs can disappear against dark backgrounds. Uploaded images work in the preview; for the final signature, host the image at a public URL.
Montserrat previews with Google Fonts and falls back to Arial/Helvetica in email clients that block web fonts.

Why use this email signature generator?

Most email signature generators online are either paid, subscription-based, or add their own branding and backlinks to your signature. This tool is different. It is completely free, open source, and does not track you or add any hidden content to your signature. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is sent to a server.

It works with all major email clients including Microsoft Outlook (new and classic), Outlook for Mac, Gmail, and Apple Mail. You can customise every detail of your signature including your name, job title, company, phone number, email address, website, company logo, accent colour, font, social media links, and a confidentiality disclaimer. Any field you leave blank is automatically hidden from the output.

The generated signatures use web-safe fonts and table-based HTML layouts that render consistently across all email clients and devices. You can preview your signature in both light and dark mode before copying it.
